RETURNS

You can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we will require your order number.

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you.

If the item(s) are as above then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 working days.

Returning faulty/damaged goods

If you wish to return an item which has been damaged or is faulty please contact us at customercare.pluckjewellery.com with your order number, description and ideally photos of the issue and we will happily replace or repair any faulty pieces for you.
